Position Details

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Provides information on a wide variety of topics to diverse audiences. Performs clerical support function for Academic Advising department. Provides assistance during related campus events, information sessions, etc. Provides guidance and interpretation to students and faculty on enrollment policies and procedures and the enrollment process. Assists new students with establishing Banner Self-Service, Blackboard, and email accounts. Assists student resetting Banner-Self Service password. Assists with online applications and registration. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled student with a High School diploma or equivalent, and over three (3) months of relevant full-time experience, or any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Preference will be given to full-time students.

Preferred Qualifications

Currently working toward an associate degree in a related field.
