Position Details

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Greets and receives all students, and, responds to phone calls. Will perform general technology assistance to students and faculty classrooms as needed. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining technology equipment in the lab and in classrooms. Other duties as assigned by the Lab Supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Must be a registered St. Louis Community College student prior to applying for a student worker position. Must maintain student status during employment. Also, will maintain a 2.0 grade point average while employed as an STLCC student worker.

Preferred Qualifications

- General knowledge of Windows operating system; Internet browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite;
- A Block of time (4 hours or more) where student can serve as a worker in the Computer Lab.
- Demonstrated customer service skills
