Position Details

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Understand college forms and processes.
Monitors the front doors through the security system and engages everyone who enters the building.
Answers telephone calls, screens and refers calls, and takes messages: provides information as appropriate.
Uses all office equipment.
Manages the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
Works with the kitchen staff to meet CACFP requirements.
Manages the Child Care Subsidy Program.
Organizes and maintains all paperwork for CACFP and DSS, while keeping the CDLC manager informed of requirements and responsibilities of the CDLC staff.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and over three (3) months of full-time general clerical experience. Must pass skills assessment at the basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Word 2010 software.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a child development center.
Experience managing a CACFP program.
Experience working with DSS and the state child care subsidy program.
Experience using EZCare.
